Nicky Minter Green

Nicky has been at TVC for ten years and has taken
the business from a broadcast /digital agency into the
integrated space it now operates in.

He has global brand experience - having worked on
Coca Cola, Virgin Atlantic and Visa, Adidas and P&G
amongst others for many years.

Along with being one of the foremost authorities on
broadcast content, Nicky is tasked with leading TVC’s
long-term strategy and direction.

Greg Lappage

Greg began his career working in design before
crossing into advertising ten years ago and picking
up numerous awards along the way.

Greg has worked on campaigns for numerous
FMCG brands including WKD, Vodka Kick and
GHD and government departments such as DCSF
and BIS. He became Creative Director of Geronimo
Communications in 2006 and Kindred in 2008
before joining TVC as CD in 2009.

Adam Clyne

Adam is a fully integrated marketer - having begun
his career in PR and crossed over into advertising.

Before joining TVC he ran The Lab – an award winning
integrated boutique,which eventually merged into
Geronimo Communications.

Here he became managing director for the creative
part of the business led on the acquisition of Mustoes
Advertising and Cosmic Digital and re-branded the
business to Kindred.

With a broad skill base that stretches from creative
through planning and strategy, Adam looks after business
development at TVC and has a passion for social media
and emerging digital technologies.

Sarah Harris

Sarah is TVC’s strategy director - working across
various brands. One of the agency brains, Sarah
began life as a journalist before joining Euro RSCG
and subsequently Geronimo Communications where she
was managing director.

Sarah leads the client services function of TVC
along with directing and strategically leading on
many of TVC’s most successful integrated accounts.

James Myers

James joined TVC in 2004 and has been a cornerstone
of the business, quickly rising up the ranks to Associate
director and Client Services Director, to his current
position as Director of Broadcast.

James has a unique understanding of maximising
media and broadcast opportunities both strategically
and through implementation. He has experience across
both private and public sector and heads up the media
and broadcast teams on global accounts such as
Red Bull, Castrol, Aviva and Procter and Gamble
amongst others.
