James Myers

Group Managing Director

James joined TVC in 2004 and has been a cornerstone of the business, quickly rising up the ranks to Director of Broadcast and on to his current position as Group Managing Director.

James has a unique understanding of maximising media and broadcast opportunities both strategically and through implementation. He has experience across both private and public sector at TVC.

Sarah Harris

Group Commercial Director

With over 20 years experience, Sarah is an industry expert on developing communications strategies that harness the power of creative content. Working across the whole business, she acts as a senior strategic advisor.

As Operations Director, Sarah is instrumental in developing TVC’s growth plans and improving working practices to deliver the best results for clients and staff. Formerly Managing Director of Geronimo (now Kindred) and New Business Director at Euro RSCG Biss Lancaster (now Havas PR) her experience ranges from crisis management and government communications to lifestyle and consumer brands.

Amateur sailor, fanatical cyclist and busy mum of two, she’s most often seen trotting in heels with a hot cup of tea – she lives on the edge.

Greg Lappage

Creative Director

Greg began his career working in design before crossing into advertising ten years ago and picking up numerous awards along the way. Greg now heads up the Creative department at TVC working on design and above the line and below the line concepts.

Greg has worked on campaigns for numerous FMCG brands including WKD, Vodka Kick and GHD and government departments such as DCSF and BIS. Greg was Creative Director of Geronimo Communications and Kindred before joining TVC.

Simon Amster

Creative Content Director

Simon has been a film critic, author and journalist, but primarily a creator of stories and engaging content for some of the World’s largest media brands.

He has been the Creative Director for Flextech (now Virgin Media), the Creative Director for Disney Networks across the UK, Scandinavia and Emerging Markets and the Global Creative Director for NBC/Universal. He joined Addiction Worldwide and worked across their London and New York offices, overseeing creative for brands such as B&Q, Remington, Russell Hobbs and A+E Networks and then oversaw the content creative for the Bray Leino Network.

He has been the Executive Creative Director across EMEA for Fleishman Hillard and has somehow found time to have four gorgeous children and time to collect vintage movie posters.

Danielle Bassin

Head Of Client Services

Danielle joined TVC in 2008 after 10 years working  as a Producer / Director on various high profile UK TV shows. With a flare for imaginative content that works for both big brands and media, she has worked her way up from Senior Producer to TVC’s Head of Client Services.
She knows how to work with brands to identify the stories they want to tell, where to find the right audience and she has worked on some of TVC’s most iconic global campaigns for clients such as Red Bull, Bacardi Group and O2.
And as a mum of two girls she is an expert in dealing with curly hair, painting nails and baking cupcakes

Patrick Awty

Vice President TVC NYC

Starting his career at Geronimo Communications, Patrick worked on Government campaigns before the agency merged with an ad agency to become Kindred. Working on integrated campaigns, he honed his skills across advertising, PR and digital executions.

Patrick joined TVC in 2010, initially working on sports sponsorship, before moving into a strategy role and getting stuck into new business. In 2014, he moved to New York to establish TVC’s first US office, bringing the agency’s unique content expertise Stateside. He quickly grew US revenue and built up an enviable client portfolio, and currently runs client-branded video content across the US and EMEA for The Economist Group.

Leon Schlesinger

Director of Production

Leon joined TVC in 2005, rising through the ranks from editor and producer, to his current role as Director of Production, overseeing all levels of production, from multi-camera lives to producing bespoke hero content.

His specialist knowledge of interview techniques, live broadcast and SMTs have proven invaluable on countless campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands, across a range of sectors. Leon has also led the build of the DNA, TVC’s award-winning proprietary content hosting platform, and bespoke online media centres.
